Most Japanese-car enthusiasts should know HKS. The most famous HKS dealer in Japan is located in the city Kansai. The car shown below may well be one of their complete car offerings. (They've done Skyline GT-Rs that run faster than 320km/h)
According to reader Ronald, HKS stands for the 3 founders of the firm
: Hasegawa, Kitagawa, Sigma
(Thanx, Ronald !)

Note that the front bumper has a large center hole for letting more air flow for the intercooler. To the left and right of this air intake are spaces normally fog lights would sit -- only replaced by two circular things.... I checked back at the guidebook with a magnifying glass, and they look like openings of metal hose that feeds air to cool down the front brakes. (similar to Ferrari design)
The "shock absorber and brake" picture shows that this car uses height-adjustible shock absorber / spring sets. The springs look rather think, and I expect them to have spring rates at about 6+kg/mm. If you're careful, look at the bottom of the shock absorber : there's a knob there which I believe is used for adjusting the shock absorber's damping rate. I have no ideas on whether the absorber rate is adjustible for : bounce (compression), rebound (extension) or both. Can someone please gimme a glue?
