Army & Police Matters

  • Exemptions/deferments from military service in Israel:

    Passport Matters

  • Extensions of Israeli Passports/travel documents up to 10 years from date of issue:
    Email the Embassy who will then send you the appropriate documentation

  • Issue of new Israeli Passports/travel documents:
    Email the Embassy who will then send you the appropriate documentation

  • Replacing lost passports
    Call the Consular Department A.S.A.P. !!!

    Family Matters

  • Notification of marriage/divorce:
    Send an e-mail to the Embassy stating your current marital status and which form you require, and they will then send you the relevant documentation.

  • Change of name:
    Contact the Consular Department by telephone

  • Registration of new born babies:
    If a child is born to an Israeli parent outside of Israel it is recommended that they be registered at the Consular Department so as to obtain Israeli travel documents.You can register a child at any age. Send an e-mail to the Consular Department stating that you would like to register your child and they will send you the appropriate documentation

  • Application for birth/death certificates
    Send an e-mail to the Embassy stating that you would like an application for birth/death certificate and they will send you the appropriate documentation

    Matters of Citizenship

  • Renunciation of Israeli Citizenship:
    Contact the Consular Department by telephone

  • Returning residents:
    Send an e-mail to the Embassy, stating that you are returning to Israel and they will send you the appropriate documentation. Please note: This documentation is only available in Hebrew
